The Anna Lindh Memorial Fund was founded in the aftermath of Anna Lindh’s death with the aim to encourage and support those who, like Anna Lindh help others and strive for a more humane and just world.
The Anna Lindh Memorial Fund supports individuals and organisations that courageously fight indifference, prejudice, oppression and injustice to create a better life for their fellow citizens by working for a society where human rights are respected.
Our work continues to be funded mainly through donations made by private citizens and organisations.

We strive to show that violence shall never be allowed to triumph over our faith in change through peaceful means and democracy. Our aim is to ensure that the principles of Anna Lindh’s work and achievements continue to live strong and that we may encourage others to carry on in her spirit.
